jet fighterI wanted to use this presentation to show how the global pandemic had significantly ramped with over 50 million cases of infection worldwide and how those infections have spread in different parts of the world leading to air travel restrictions. It has been interesting to see how technology stocks (Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix and Google) have helped prop up global market indices such as the S&P 500 whilst the UK’s FTSE 100 has arguably performed worst of the major indices.

I have been fortunate to work with some very capable people and also to have assessed the business and manufacturing processes of over 100 aerospace businesses in the UK and North America.

cockpit threeI wanted to use this presentation to provide the audience with an overview of the status of the global Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on the global financial markets. It was then interesting to compare and contrast how the pandemic was impacting the share prices of a number of the Commercial Aerospace and Defence Primes such as Airbus, Boeing, BAE Systems and Lockheed Martin.
